Damien BOURG began his career at RSM Salustro Reydel, where he principally developed his expertise in the financial auditing of large French groups in the industrial and communication sectors.
Since Advolis was formed in 2004, he has, in particular, developed the consultancy business, which seeks to understand the financial environment and increase reliability, in terms of decision-making and/or the management of acquisition, reorganisation and restructuring projects.
His practice currently covers matters with complex operational and financial content, such as:
- support on company acquisitions and disposals (due diligence);
- analysing performance measurement and adapting related analytical processes;
- the critical review and design of business plans (groups, companies, projects, etc.);

Aurore spent the first eight years of her auditing career at PwC in Paris then spent two years in India (New Delhi) and two years in Ireland (Dublin) before joining Orfis in July 2016.
Aurore has more than 15 years’ experience in auditing and financial consultancy gained working for listed and unlisted companies both in France and abroad.
Her main practice areas include:
- financial auditing under IFRS, French accounting principles and US GAAP and UK GAAP reporting;
- pre-listing support and market transactions: Assistance in preparing registration documents prior to listing, issuing prospectuses;
- the implementation and evaluation of internal control procedures with a view to providing greater operational effectiveness, enhancing information security and regulatory compliance (Sarbanes Oxley).

Véronique GENET joined Advolis in 2005, shortly after it was formed. She has both financial expertise and expertise in information systems as a result of the seven years she spent in auditing, two years at a publisher of consolidation software and six years as a director in the Consolidation Reporting department of RSM Salustro Reydel.
An IFRS expert, she specialises in the design, organisation and implementation of the process of preparing consolidated financial statements.
She advises a large number of groups on complex consolidation issues including:
- analysing the impact and implementing changes in standards (French standards and IFRS);
- drafting consolidated notes to financial statements/presenting financial information;
- the accounting treatment of specific transactions in consolidated financial statements: disposals, acquisitions (IFRS5, IFRS3, etc.);
- adapting information systems/migrating consolidation and reporting tools.

Before joining Advolis in 2009, Antoni Vassileff worked at the European Commission, in the teams at the Directorate-General responsible for merger controls. Before that, he was an analyst at WBI (Washington DC) where he advised businesses on investment opportunities in emerging countries.

Christophe VELUT began his career at Coopers&Lybrand, where he spent eight years auditing listed and international companies, carrying out due diligence and appraising mergers.
He joined ORFIS in 1992, initially in the auditing department, before helping to create and develop the public and private sector consultancy practice.
His is heavily involved in the local economy and in local associations (he is a member of the board of directors of Lyon Place Financière et Tertiaire, a member of the committee of DFCG AuRa, Chairman of the association A3E, etc.) and in further education (EM Lyon, Master’s in Financial Engineering, Lyon 2 University).
He is also actively involved in the CNCC's technical working groups (member of the valuation and contributions committees and the CNCC’s PIE division).
He is a member of the EMEIA committee of the Allinial Global international association.
He has a very varied auditing and consultancy practice covering areas such as:
- the auditing of listed and international groups, as signatory and/or technical lead;
